I am a Colorado native with a bachelor’s degree in biology (which I rarely use). An incurable thirst for knowledge led me astray to philosophy and psychology classes, which inspired stories like Chasing Nightmares and Spun of Silver Thread. I love merging magic with science, creating worlds grounded in physics and biology… but still fantastical. When I’m not outside hiking or playing sand volleyball, I can be found cuddled up on the couch with my border collie/lab mix, settled in for either a good book or the latest TV episode.
